Device List & Search
The Device List is the main view for managing all enrolled devices. It provides search, filtering, bulk actions, and quick access to device details.
Accessing the Device List
From the sidebar, click Devices. The device list loads immediately, showing all enrolled devices across your organization.
Table Columns

| OS | iOS, iPadOS, or macOS with version number |
| Serial Number | Hardware serial |
| User | Assigned user (if any) |
| Last Seen | Timestamp of the last check-in |
Search
The search bar at the top of the list supports partial matching against:
- Device name
- Serial number
- Assigned user
- Model name
Results update in real time as you type.
Filters
Use the filter controls next to the search bar to narrow the list:
- OS — select one or more: iOS, iPadOS, macOS
- Status — Online, Offline, Unreachable
Filters combine with search (results must match both).
ABM Badge
Devices synced from Apple Business Manager display an ABM badge next to the device name. This indicates the device is assigned to your organization via ABM and is subject to automatic MDM enrollment.
Bulk Actions
Select devices using the checkboxes on the left of each row. A toolbar appears with available actions:
- Delete — removes the device from MDM. This action is irreversible.
Device Limit Indicator
The top of the page shows a device count and limit (e.g., "24 / 50 devices used"). When the limit is reached, new enrollment is blocked until devices are removed or the plan is upgraded.
Sync ABM Devices
Click Sync ABM Devices to pull the latest device assignments from Apple Business Manager. Newly assigned devices appear in the list and are ready for enrollment.
Enroll New Device
Click Enroll New Device to generate an enrollment profile or invitation link. This is the starting point for adding a device that is not ABM-managed.
