Welcome to GuardMDM — the simplest way to manage your Apple fleet. Whether you're wrangling iPhones, iPads, or Macs, GuardMDM gives you everything you need in one dashboard.
What GuardMDM Does
GuardMDM is a cloud-based Apple MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution. It lets you:
- Manage devices — Enroll, monitor, and retire devices at scale
- Push configuration profiles — Wi-Fi, VPN, email, security settings, and more
- Deploy apps — Silently install or remove apps across your fleet
- Run remote commands — Lock, wipe, restart, or update devices from anywhere
- Enforce security — Passcode policies, encryption, compliance rules, and remote wipe
3 Core Concepts
GuardMDM is built around three simple building blocks:

| Devices | Every iPhone, iPad, or Mac enrolled in your account |
| Groups | A collection of devices that share the same rules and apps |
| Blueprints | A reusable template of settings, profiles, and apps to apply to a Group |
Note: GuardMDM uses Blueprints, not "Policies." A Blueprint is your single source of truth for how a device should be configured.
The Workflow
Getting started takes three steps:
- Create a Blueprint — Define the settings, profiles, and apps you want
- Assign the Blueprint to a Group — Link your configuration to a set of devices
- Devices in the Group get configured automatically — Enrollment handles the rest
That's it. Add a device to the right Group, and GuardMDM applies the Blueprint — no manual per-device setup.
